How It Works

Follow these 4 steps to receive your own custom trip itinerary.

  1. Complete a quick travel survey.
This will give me an understanding of how you like to travel and the types of activities you enjoy.
  2. Schedule a free trip chat.
We’ll speak via phone to discuss where you’re headed (or brainstorm possible destinations), sights and activities you want to include, and the services I provide. There is no obligation to purchase at this stage.
  3. Sign the travel planning agreement and pay the service fee.
Once you’ve chosen Booked by Iman, you will receive a travel planning agreement outlining the services I provide and the cost. After the agreement has been signed and service fee paid, planning will commence.
  4. Receive your custom itinerary.
You will receive a digital copy of your personalized trip itinerary, including flights, tours and excursions, restaurant recommendations, and a packing list.
