How It Works

Follow these 4 steps to receive your own custom trip itinerary.

  1. Complete a quick travel survey.
This will give me an understanding of how you like to travel and the types of activities you enjoy.
  2. Schedule a free trip chat.
We’ll speak via phone to discuss where you’re headed (or brainstorm possible destinations), sights and activities you want to include, and the services I provide. There is no obligation to purchase at this stage.
  3. Sign the travel planning agreement and pay the service fee.
Once you’ve chosen Booked by Iman, you will receive a travel planning agreement outlining the services I provide and the cost. After the agreement has been signed and service fee paid, planning will commence.
  4. Receive your custom itinerary.
You will receive a digital copy of your personalized trip itinerary, including flights, tours and excursions, restaurant recommendations, and a packing list.

Reviews

Travel Worthy

“It was a seamless experience. Iman was straightforward and provided all the information required. She was patient and professional. She was enthusiastic and energetic with her delivery of travel info. Her travel savvy and finesse is an asset. Our trip was affected by unrest in the Middle East. Iman maintained her calm and wits. She appeared unruffled. She demonstrated concern and respect for all. I was very impressed with her work ethic and determination to provide direction and service to the group. Every traveler was important to Iman.” (Holy Land 2023)

“Thanks to Iman, my husband and I returned to our honeymoon destination of Curaçao to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Prior to that, I hadn’t traveled internationally in 10 years and was apprehensive about Airbnb. Our apartment was beautiful, breezy and safe! From visiting the Old Market to salsa dancing at night, we had a great time!”
