I am a travel advisor that curates group travel experiences and crafts private trips based on your interests. My focus is connecting travelers to unique cultural experiences in the United States and abroad. Booked by Iman is an independent affiliate of Uniglobe Travel Center—a Virtuoso® Member. What am I purchasing?
When you purchase a custom trip itinerary from Booked by Iman, you receive a PDF that serves as your vacation guidebook. It includes a destination overview, daily itinerary with tours / activities, flight and lodging bookings, restaurant recommendations, and a checklist of items to print and pack.
Do you offer group trips?
Booked by Iman’s group travel experiences are designed for travelers looking to explore a new culture in-depth and support entrepreneurs of color. Each trip includes hotels, tours, ground transportation and some meals.

What can you book for me?
I can book tours, flights, and lodging (e.g. hotels and apartment rentals). If you prefer to book these items on your own, I will include links to purchase in your itinerary.
What countries are you able to plan a trip for?
I can plan a trip to anywhere in the world. I conduct thorough research and leverage my network of travel advisors, tour operators, and clients when planning your vacation. I have traveled to 20+ countries on 5 continents, so many of my suggestions are based on personal experience.

How does payment work?
In order for planning to begin, you will need to sign a travel planning agreement and pay the trip planning fee in full. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment may be made online via my website, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. An invoice can be sent upon request. We do not accept checks or cash.

Does the trip planning fee cover the whole group?
Trip planning fees are based on the length of your trip and valid for up to two adults. Additional adult travelers cost $100 per person. Pricing for groups of 5+ people is available upon request.
How long does it take to receive my itinerary? How Far in Advance should I submit my request?
The length of the trip, along with itinerary revisions, greatly impact the length of the trip planning process. It takes about 1 month to receive a complete itinerary for a week-long trip. I recommend starting the planning process 6 months or more prior to departure.
How many revisions do I get?
You are entitled to up to two (2) 30-minute consultations and two (2) revisions to your custom trip itinerary.
